 ence can reveal about the design of work itself. D

 t\, cognitive and social ergonomics\, monotropism\
 , masking and the double empathy problem\, the tal
 k explores how hidden cognitive\, social and envir
 onmental demands are built into everyday work — an
 d how they affect everyone\, not only those with a
  diagnosis. The central argument is that OH\, sitt
 ing at the interface between the person\, their he
 alth\, the job and the working environment\, is un
 iquely placed to read patterns across individual c
 ases as a form of organisational intelligence: ins

 p>Robert Annis is Co-Founder of NEURO and an organ
 isational psychologist and coach. He has deep expe
 rience in organisational learning and development\
 , including previously leading a training departme
 nt at a large consultancy\, and works on neuroincl
 usion as organisational design rather than solely 
 individual accommodation. NEURO is a new charity f
 ocused on turning neuroinclusion into a strategic 
 organisational advantage. Robert is neurodivergent
  himself\, giving him both professional and lived-
 experience perspectives on the interaction between
